The main features of hot-dip galvanized pipe: Zinc layer uniformity and the volume of zinc coating adhesion is above 500g/m2, smooth surfaces both internal and outer .
The welding pipe have uniform performance as well as baseplate; the welding coefficient is equal or above 1. When damage testing the welding pipe, part of the breakdown is in the baseplate. Compared with the same specification seamless tubes, the part of the rupture can bear the same pressure.
Welding pipes have precision size, small ellipse, which is suitable for threading and can raise the pipes contactions strenghth.
The products are made by the API authenticated factors.
We can remove the internal burrs, threading, and can also process thread with pipe coupling.
